Delivery of your order will be made to the address provided by you. If these details are incomplete or incorrect, Evergreen Nebulisers Ltd is not liable for products you do not receive. Please note that we only deliver to U.K. addresses.
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under the contract. However we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
In accordance with U.K. Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order within 7 working days after receipt. You must inform Evergreen Nebulisers Ltd. via email or telephone of cancellation. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which they arrived and must have been looked after reasonably. Some of the products in our range are excluded from this cancellation policy for hygiene reasons/risk of cross infection e.g. mucus clearance devices, facemasks and mouthpiece kits.
Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations you are required to take reasonable care of any products until returned to us.
When informing Evergreen Nebulisers Ltd. that you wish to return an item, you must obtain an authorisation number from us. Any goods that are returned without a returns authorisation number will take longer to process and delay the refund. Please include with the returns authorisation reference number your name, address and a contact telephone number and the reason for returning the goods.
We recommend that you return the goods to us using a Royal Mail insured service as Evergreen Nebulisers Ltd. do not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit from you . We advise that you obtain a proof of posting receipt. Goods are returned to us at the senders risk until they are received by us.
If you cancel an order for any reason, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

In the event of order cancellation, a refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days since notification of cancellation.
The money refunded will include the cost of the item plus delivery where delivery cost has been charged on top of the product cost e.g. for orders below £10.00. Where delivery of the item is free of charge to the customer, our delivery costs will not be refunded. The cost of returning the goods to us will not be refunded. We do not charge an administration charge.
If a product you receive is faulty please contact us as soon as possible on 01942 701210 or by email quoting the invoice number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately and collection of the faulty item, or if preferred a full refund.
Please note details such as your address, telephone number, email address etc. will not be passed to or sold to any third party.
